Pioneer in the field of Architecture, Structural Engineering and Valuation in and around Gwalior this organization (BBAPL) started way back in 1982 with a view to provide high quality professional services in the above mentioned fields. The path was well defined and restricted to designing solutions only and never got diverted to the field of Contractorship, Builder, Estate Agents or Supply Business, thus maintaining integrity and honest service to our clients. Moving on, this path every organization faces many challenges which we jointly accepted and completed successfully, namely in every field of Architecture, Structure, Valuation, Town Planning, Survey, Landscaping, Interior, Investigation or Project Management. We look back with full satisfaction of ours and clients during this long journey of challenges, failures, solutions and above all successes. The evidence of our success all these years lies on the fact that there were never any disputes, legal case or unhappiness with our associates.

Starting with only two persons, now this organization has many persons on roll, which includes Architects, Engineer, Jr. Engineers, Technicians and Scientists. Initially with one drawing board for drawing by hand, we have now 6 computers for drawing, AutoCAD licensed version, Licensed STADD PRO, latest HP plotter and with facilities in terms of equipments updating the need of organization constantly and efficiently. This organization was the first to modernize through computerization, digitizer, numeric processor and pen plotter in 1989, many views, walk through etc are developed by us. In 2000 Soil Testing was included and now the testing lab is a established unit, recognized by all and did many prestigious soil investigation in and outside Gwalior. All equipments of this lab are of standard make from AIMIL/HIECO etc. The lab has been awarded NABL Accreditation.

Challenges are accepted at BBAPL with full enthusiasm. Valuation of J.C. Mills with indentifying 34000 items and valuation worth 175 cr. in 1998, project management for IDEA Tower, investigation for M/s Kodak, survey of 4000 Acres are milestones in the success pathway of BBAPL. Organization maintains a very good in-house library having 1500 books, journals, all concerned IS Code. In continuing process they all are updated to provide high standard of design and quality work to our esteemed clients who have blind faith and belief in us. Our office has all modern facilities and has a Conference Hall for 20 person, where internal meetings and group discussions with client is regularly held. Perfection in everything we do is what we constantly strive for, and the almighty has always guided us to that horizon. Every successful story has its ups and downs, we too during our long endeavor have faced them constantly. We have learnt from our failures and tried not to repeat them, we have humbly accepted our successes as mere milestones and thrived for other.
